  • Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 9.00am - 5.00pm

Changes & Cancellations to bookings can all be made on the BCP website or via their call centre.

Airport Parking - Unfortunately no refunds are issued for cancellation of parking bookings on the day of travel or afterwards. An administration fee of £7.50 per booking applies to all other cancellations. No refund is available for unused part stays.

Special 'advanced purchase' bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Hotel Bookings: You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a hotel booking 24 hours prior to your stay or any time after this period. You will be charged an administration fee of £15 per room per night where it is possible to cancel a booking. This fee will also be charged in the event of an amendment reducing the number of rooms or nights from the original booking.
