  • Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 9.00am - 5.00pm

Changes & Cancellations to bookings can all be made on the BCP website or via their call centre.

Airport Parking - Unfortunately no refunds are issued for cancellation of parking bookings on the day of travel or afterwards. An administration fee of 7.50 per booking applies to all other cancellations. No refund is available for unused part stays.

Special 'advanced purchase' bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Hotel Bookings: You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a hotel booking 24 hours prior to your stay or any time after this period. You will be charged an administration fee of £15 per room per night where it is possible to cancel a booking. This fee will also be charged in the event of an amendment reducing the number of rooms or nights from the original booking.
