Changes & Cancellations - Changes to your booking for car parking at Stansted Airport can all be made on the APH (Airport Parking & Hotels) company website or you can call them, details on our "Contact Us" page.

Hotel, Parking & Lounge Bookings - A booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date for which the service has been reserved.
Customers cancelling within 24 hours of the period for which the service is reserved shall be liable to pay the full price for the service booked (any abatement of the agreed price will be of APH's sole discretion).

For the purposes of this Condition the period for which the service is booked shall be deemed to commence at midnight on the day prior to the commencement date for the service booked. Any customer wishing to curtail the length of stay for a service, once the service has commenced, will be liable to pay the fee for the whole of the service booked.

Please Note: Bookings made at the supersaver or non-flexible parking product cannot be amended or cancelled.
