Southbound: Exit M11 at J8, signed Bishops Stortford, A120 & Services. On the M11 roundabout take 5th exit & get into left lane. At next roundabout take 1st exit onto A1250 (Bishops Stortford). After a few hundred metres take 1st right turn into Woodlands Lodge.
