Arrival Procedures

When you are within 30 minutes from the airport call the Ultimate Meet and Greet team on the phone number provided in your confirmation email. Drive towards the airport terminal and then follow signs for Short Stay Car Park. Exit the roundabout and take the first entrance into the Red Car Park. Collect a ticket and proceed through the barrier. Follow the perimeter towards the terminal, after you have passed Zone C and Coach parking take the next left. Drive down to the canopied walkway to the ticket pay machines where your driver will meet you. Make sure you have your car park entry ticket, plus your return flight details available.

Departure Procedures

On your return call Ultimate Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point in the Short Stay Car Park just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting. Please note you will need £2 to exit the car park.

Directions to Stansted Airport

From the M11 - Leave the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. Take the A120 and follow signs for Stansted airport. At the Priory Wood roundabout take the third exit staying on the A120 Thremhall Avenue, and get into the left hand lane. Take the slip road signposted for the airport terminal.
