Arrival Procedures

When you are within 20 minutes of the airport call the SMG Meet and Greet team on the phone number provided in your confirmation email. Drive straight to the airport and then follow signs for Short Stay Car Park. Exit the roundabout and take the first entrance into the Red Car Park. Take a ticket from the barrier and proceed into the car park. Follow the perimeter towards the terminal, and after passing Zone C take the next left. Drive down to the canopied walkway to the ticket pay machines where their fully insured driver will meet you. Make sure you have your car park entry ticket, plus your return flight details available.

Departure Procedures

On your return call SMG on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point in the Short Stay Car Park Red Zone Arrivals area just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting.

Directions to Stansted Airport

From the M11 - Leave the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. Take the A120 and follow signs for Stansted airport. At the Priory Wood roundabout take the third exit staying on the A120 Thremhall Avenue, and get into the left hand lane. Take the slip road signposted for the airport terminal. Follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park.

All cars are parked in a secure car park mainly undercover which is protected by CCTV, floodlit with a fence securing the entire perimeter and frequent security patrols.

SMG Meet and Greet only provide their meet and greet service between 05:00 until 01.00 daily.
