Arrival Procedures

Drive directly to the Hilton hotel Stansted, and proceed to the Pink Elephant parking booth. Hand in your booking confirmation and keys and unload your luggage. You can then make your way into the hotel, enjoy complimentary drinks and use some of the hotels facilities, subject to time, of course! When you are ready then catch the courtesy transfer bus to the airport.

Departure Procedures

On your return proceed out of the terminal building and follow signs for the Coach Station and Stand 30. Catch the Hilton Bus back to the Hotel which runs every half hour from 04:30 to 01:00. Collect your keys from the Car Park office who will issue an exit ticket and direct you to your vehicle.

Pink Elephant Stansted Transfers

Free transfers operate daily every half hour between 04:15 to 00:45 on the hotel bus, taking 8 minutes. Outside these hours Pink Elephant will transfer you in their own transport.

From the M11 - Leave the motorway at Exit the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. Follow signs for the terminal. The Stansted Hilton is clearly signposted. Drive into the hotel and park by the Pink Elephant booth.
