When booking this car park please make sure you enter your correct car registration number as Mid Stay Stansted operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. When you arrive at the entry barrier your registration number will be recognised and a ticket will be printed showing your booking reference. If however it says 'cashier', please report to customer services on your return. Take the ticket then the barrier will open and follow signs to the zone indicated. Make a note of the zone and the nearest bus stop where you can then transfer to the airport.
To transfer back to the car park catch the mid stay courtesy bus back to the car park. To exit the car park, insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically. If your ticket does not have your booking reference printed on it above the barcode, show your ticket and your booking confirmation to a parking attendant, or press the call button on the exit barrier for help.

From the M11 - Leave the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. Take the exit off onto Thremhall Avenue, the A120. Take the third exit at the next roundabout, staying on the A120 Thremhall Avenue. Follow Thremhall Avenue when it becomes an exit off the A120 and continue to follow the signs for Stansted airport. Follow the road until you reach the Bassingbourn roundabout. Take the third exit, then at the next roundabout take the first exit.
Security at Stansted Mid Stay
Stansted Mid Stay Parking (formerly E Parking Stansted) is the official BAA mid stay car park. It has been awarded the Park Mark® for safer parking judged on its merits regarding security and the well being of its customers with clear signage and good lighting. The car park is manned 24 hours a day and is protected by CCTV, a fence securing the entire perimeter and frequent security patrols.
