Arrival Procedures

When you are within 10 -15 minutes of the airport call Comstrad Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email. Drive straight to the airport where you will be met outside your departures terminal. A Comstrad driver will be waiting to collect your car and help you with your luggage.

Departure Procedures

On your return switch your mobile on and a text message will have been sent by Comstrad. Call them on the number given on arrival from the baggage hall after collecting your luggage, to alert the driver of your arrival. After you pass through Customs, exit the terminal building through the door opposite the Zone D check-in sign. Continue down down the ramp in to the Red Car Park where the chauffeur will be waiting with your car and your prepaid ticket, which is required to exit the car park.

Directions to Stansted Airport

From the M11 - Leave the motorway at Junction 8a if you are travelling from the south, or Junction 8 if you are traveling from the north. Take the A120 and follow signs for Stansted airport. At the Priory Wood roundabout take the third exit staying on the A120 Thremhall Avenue, and get into the left hand lane. Take the slip road signposted for the airport terminal. At the Bassingbourn roundabout take the second exit. When you arrive at the terminal forecourt, enter the set down lane. The valet parking drop-off point is in this lane at the far end of the terminal.
