What is the arrival procedure for meet and greet

If you have booked the BAA Official Valet Parking simply drive straight to the airport terminal you are departing from and check in at the Valet Parking office. If you are using most of the other Meet and Greet parking providers you will need to call them generally 10 - 20 minutes before your are due to arrive so that they can ensure a driver is waiting for you. Most will ask that you meet in the Short Stay Car Park. They will help unload your luggage, make a check of your vehicle and then take your car away to a secure car park.

On your return, when you have cleared customs and retrieved your luggage, you will then need to call your meet and greet company so that they can bring your car back to the airport, (unless you have booked the Offical BAA Valet Parking, in which case proceed to the Valet office in the Short Stay Car Park). They will tell you where they will meet you, normally just outside the terminal in the Short Stay Car Park.
